This is based on the Dictators version of The Stooges classic Surf and Destroy. I had the Dictators Manifest Destiny and our band (The Chickens) would play this one. It had all the elements we were looking for; loud, simple and one of us owned the album. People don't even realize how limiting was in the 60s 70s even the 80s and beyond. If someone didn't own a record or knew someone who would loan out a copy (a good way to lose your vinyl) then you weren't going to play it. Today you can listen to anything almost anywhere and everyone thinks they're a genius cause they can Google the answer. Harlan Ellison called TV the glass teat. Now we're all connected to a 1000 teats at a time. I'm sure that'll work out well.
